Beginners yoga class: for tight hips and hamstrings

To help you cultivate a daily yoga practice, we have created an online yoga class with a focus on opening the hips, lengthening the hamstrings, and developing the connection with the core.

This yoga sequence is designed to expand your home yoga practice, and is perfect for beginners.

Begin to flow through the below yoga sequence slowly and mindfully, and try to hold each asana for at least 3 full rounds of breath.
