Sustainable By Design
Most yoga mats are PVC (polyvinyl chloride), a synthetic plastic that contains phthalate plasticisers linked to hormone disruption. You're breathing close to this surface for an hour. It matters what it's made from.
The Zellige Yoga Mat is made from natural rubber and vegan microsuede. Both are biodegradable. Neither contains synthetic coatings or chemical treatments. We use recycled packaging throughout.
Built for Your Practice
The 3mm thickness is deliberate. Thin enough to feel the ground beneath you. Substantial enough to protect your joints on hard floors.
At 177 × 63.5cm, there's room to move in longer postures without stepping off the edge. The carry strap is built to the same standard as the mat itself: natural materials, simple construction, made to last.
