Caring for your yoga mat

Caring for your yoga mat is easy! We suggest popping your new yoga mat straight into the washing machine to encourage the fibres to stand up - this will create the ultimate grippy yoga mat. Following practice, you can wipe your yoga mat down with water or a mix of water and essential oils*. For a heavy duty clean, you can place your yoga mat in the washing machine on a regular cycle without detergent. We recommend a monthly wash depending on your level of use. 

* If using essential oils on our white yoga mats, please spot test a small area before cleaning.
